Our Commitment

Civicore Solutions LLC strives to align this Site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. § 794d) as applied to electronic and information technology used by federal agencies and their contractors.

Measures We Take

• Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy and landmark regions.
• Descriptive alt text on informational images and aria-labels on icon-only controls.
• Keyboard-navigable interfaces with visible focus indicators.
• Color contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA across body and interactive content.
• Responsive layouts that adapt from desktop to mobile assistive contexts.
• Downloadable documents (PDFs) produced in tagged, screen-reader-friendly formats whenever possible.

Ongoing Conformance

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We conduct periodic reviews of the Site using automated tooling and manual audits, and we incorporate fixes into our regular release cycle. New features are reviewed against WCAG 2.1 AA prior to release.

Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some third-party embeds, document attachments, or legacy materials may not yet fully meet our accessibility standards. We are actively remediating these areas and welcome reports of any barriers you encounter.
