These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of civicoregov.com (the “Site”) and related online communications operated by Civicore Solutions LLC (“Civicore”). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. Contract performance is governed separately by the executed agreement between Civicore and the contracting agency or prime.
1. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit any third party. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, its systems, or related infrastructure.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, marks, logos, capability materials, NAICS reference sheets, and documents made available on this Site are the property of Civicore Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Capability statements and reference materials may be downloaded for legitimate procurement evaluation.
3. Submissions
Information you submit through inquiry, quote, or partnership forms may be used to respond to your request and evaluate teaming opportunities. Do not submit classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), or PII unless an executed agreement and approved transmission channel are in place.
4. No Warranty
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Civicore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability arising from contract performance is governed exclusively by the terms of the applicable contract.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party resources, including SAM.gov, agency portals, and partner sites. Civicore is not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Federal procurement matters are governed by applicable federal law and the FAR.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
